Makeup classes will be offered to women enrolled in 'Session' Classes. A maximum "cap" of 4 makeup classes may be carried at any given time without expiration. Missed classes accrued beyond a balance of 4 makeup's will not be eligible for makeup. Makeups may NOT be used as "payment" toward session classes. Currently enrolled 'Session' clients may use their Makeup classes in another 'Session' Class of the same or similar level, or in any offered 'mixed level' classes. If you are no longer enrolled in a 'session' class but carry makeups, you may only use those makeups toward a "mixed level" class.

The Pole Garage is to be notified of makeup class 'cancellation' 12 hours prior to the class commencement of the scheduled makeup class, or it is foregone as a used makeup.

We strongly encourage you to use makeup classes for maximum pole dancing results!!

Pole Workshops

Advance registration required; Non-refundable & Non-transferable. Missed Workshops are NOT eligible for ''makeup' or 'Credit'.

Pole Private

Non-refundable payment is required to book a Pole Private.
Cancellation: 24 hour 'cancellation' notice required and you will be 'credited' for a Pole Private and may reschedule.

Pole Parties

Non-refundable deposit is required to book a Pole Party.
Cancellation: 48 hour 'cancellation' notice and your deposit may be used as a credit toward a new Pole Party.

Arrival/Departure Times and Private Parking

Studio doors 'open' 15 minutes prior to your class commencement. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your class start time. Please depart in a timely manner upon class completion in order to accommodate parking for the next class.

Private Parking Lot: Please park in reserved parking spaces with signage for The Pole Garage. The main 'Gate' to the private parking lot will be LOCKED after the last class of the Evening. If you decide to leave your car, you may park on Olympic Ave. at a meter. The Pole Garage is not Responsible for cars parked in the lot during or after hours.

Safety

Any person whom appears intoxicated or otherwise disruptive to the conduct of a class, Private Lesson or Private Party may, at the sole discretion of The Pole Garage, be asked not to participate, forfeiting any deposits and payments made by that person for that class, Private Lesson or Private Party.
