POLE POLICIES

CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE

CLASS TIME, DATES, AND INSTRUCTOR ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
 

ENROLLED IN A SESSION 

Once you are enrolled in a 6 week session, your spot is always reserved. You do NOT need to sign 'out' of your class if you will be absent. You will receive 3 Bonus Mixed Level classes on the first day of your 6 week Session. Bonus mixed level classes may be used toward the 'Pole Power Hour' class & 'Pole Play & Dance' class for extra practice or for when you miss a session class. Bonus mixed level class credits have a 2 month expiration. Bonus mixed level credits may NOT be used as 'payment' toward session classes. We strongly encourage you to use your Bonus mixed level class credits for maximum pole dancing results!

Mixed Level classes have a 2 hour 'cancellation' policy prior to the class commencement of the scheduled class, or it is foregone as a used class/credit.

*Please Note: Mixed Level class credits are NOT eligible for specialty workshops

POLE WORKSHOPS

Advance registration required; Non-refundable & Non-transferable. Missed Workshops are NOT eligible for ''makeup' or 'Credit'.

POLE PRIVATE

Non-refundable payment is required to book a Pole Private.
Cancellation: 12 hour 'cancellation' notice required and you will be 'credited' for a Pole Private and may reschedule. (Cancellations under 12hr will incur a $50 rebooking fee)

POLE PARTIES

Non-refundable deposit is required to book a Pole Party.
Cancellation: 48 hour 'cancellation' notice and your deposit may be used as a credit toward a new Pole Party.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIME & PRIVATE PARKING

Studio doors 'open' 15 minutes prior to your class commencement. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your class start time. Please depart in a timely manner upon class completion in order to accommodate parking for the next class.

Private Parking Lot: Please park in reserved parking spaces with signage for The Pole Garage. The main 'Gate' to the private parking lot will be LOCKED after the last class of the Evening. If you decide to leave your car, you may park on Olympic Ave. at a meter. The Pole Garage is not Responsible for cars parked in the lot during or after hours. 

SAFETY

Any person whom appears intoxicated or otherwise disruptive to the conduct of a class, Private Lesson or Private Party may, at the sole discretion of The Pole Garage, be asked not to participate, forfeiting any deposits and payments made by that person for that class, Private Lesson or Private Party.
